Dame Agnes Weston’s Royal Charity for the Naval Service was founded in 1876 by Dame Agnes Weston. Known to all as Aggie’s we are a charity with a rich history, you can find out more on our beginnings and history Here.

Since our inception Aggie’s has strived to support Sailors, Marines and their families and whilst our objectives and methods have changed over the years, this has not and today we continue to support all those serving in the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Fleet Auxiliary and their families.

Aggie’s supports both regulars and reserves and is active in RN Establishments, Training Schools, Air Stations and RM Establishments across the UK.

As a charity our mission is the:

Promotion of the efficiency of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines and the advancement of the Christian Faith. To provide pastoral care and practical help for serving personnel of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines and their families.

To enable this Aggie’s seeks to employ those with an active Christian Faith who are looking to work in a dynamic military environment.
