Vicky Plastow
Aggie’s Family Pastoral Worker
Vicky has been a pastoral worker with Aggies since 2012. Vicky works full time with twenty hours per week of her work funded by The Royal Marines Charity, this funding is specifically for families work.
Vicky is passionate about supporting the pastoral needs of our beneficiaries and has a wide knowledge of statutory services and extensive experience in safeguarding. Vicky enjoys the challenge of working in the fast paced life of CTCRM, staffing the Café, Cyber Cafe and games rooms and supporting families through drop in coffee mornings, Storybook Waves Book Club and family events.

Maria Fraser-Roe
Aggie’s Pastoral Worker
Maria joined Aggie's in 2019 as a Volunteer Pastoral Worker supporting families through drop-in coffee mornings. Maria also gave her support to helping out in the Cafe, Cyber Cafe and Games Room.
Maria is no longer a volunteer as she has now joined the permanent staff at Aggie's. Maria is a committed Christian and is passionate about helping people, whatever their needs might be she will do her best to support them.
Maria is married to Ian, a Royal Marine veteran and has three adult children; her son was also a Royal Marine cadet.
Maria enjoys walking, cooking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Alison Blackwell
Aggie’s Pastoral Worker
Alison joined Aggie’s at CTCRM in 2021. Working in the Chaplaincy Alison is working closely with recruits.
Outside of work Alison is a Guide Dog Raiser, who along with her husband helps young puppies get the start that they need to become guide dogs.
Alison has two boys at six form college and is involved with Exeter Network Church. She also teaches English to newcomers to UK and enjoy befriending a Syrian refugee family.
